on the relationship between different discourse markers and information-gap and reasoning-gap tasks, and the effectiveness of input enhancement type of instruction on students acquisition of discourse markers.
abstract tasks nowadays are at the center of attention in sla research. task types is one of the critical issues in this regard, their effectiveness and suitability to any particular context, their characteristics and the result they yield are among some of these issues. on the other hand, discourse markers (dms) have been very much investigated and their effectiveness in conveying the meaning...
15 صفحه اول0 Discovery of a new , third kHz QPO in 4 U 1608 – 52 , 4 U 1728 – 34 , and 4 U 1636 – 53 Sidebands to the lower kHz QPO ?
We report the discovery of a third kilohertz quasi–periodic oscillation (kHz QPO) in the power spectra of the low–mass X–ray binaries 4U 1608–52 (6.3σ), 4U 1728–34 (6.0σ), and 4U 1636–53 (3.7σ) which is present simultaneously with the previously–known kHz QPO pair. The new kHz QPO is found at a frequency that is 52.8±0.9 Hz, 64±2 Hz, 58.4±1.9 Hz higher than the frequency of the lower kHz QPO in...
متن کاملThe dielectric constant of sandstones, 60 kHz to 4 MHz
Complex impedance data were collected for eight sandstones at various levels of water saturation (S,) in the frequency range of 5 Hz to 4 MHz. The measurements were made using a two-electrode technique with platinum electrodes sputtered onto the flat faces of diskshaped samples. Presentation of the data in the complex impedance plane shows clear separation of the response due to polarization at...
